DELIVERY TIME

After placing your order, we need 1-2 business days to process it.

On weekdays: We will ship your order as soon as possible.
On weekends & holidays: Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped, and the average delivery time is 2-4 business days.
We do everything we can to ensure that your package arrives as quickly as possible!

SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping – We cover the shipping costs for all orders within the UK, regardless of the order size.

PICKUP LOCATIONS
If you are not home at the time of delivery, your package will be delivered to a nearby pickup point.
Important: You must pick up your package within the indicated time frame.
If a package is returned to us because it was not picked up, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
However, we can resend the package for an additional shipping fee.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in the UK.
No additional customs or import duties – everything is shipped locally.
